Pivot: Re-Positioning Your Business for the Future
Priscilla Archangel, Ph.D. - NAWBO Greater Detroit
Executive Coach and Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant

TODAY : Tuesday, May 12th   at 12 pm ET

We’ve all been shaken by COVID-19. Even businesses that are still functioning are finding the need to shift how they operate. Instead of waiting for the “new normal” to happen to you, it’s time to be proactive and create your own future. Learn to pivot by identifying opportunities around you and positioning your strengths to meet new demands.

We’ll discuss strategies to:
  • Re-evaluate your business plans and processes
  • Identify future trends in your industry
  • Find new ways to deliver on your brand promise
  • Identify possibilities for growth in your environment
  • Become comfortable being uncomfortable

All-New Community Connects!

Every Wednesday at 5:00 pm ET
May 13th

Grab your favorite beverage and join us by video (so we can see each other just like we would in an in-person meeting)! We’ll connect, share best practices and support one another in an interactive chat format.

This is a safe space to share since the calls are not being recorded.

Each week we will spend the first 20 minutes of the Zoom call checking-in to see how we are doing. Think about sharing stories of inspiration and innovation of how you are managing during this challenging time. The call will transition to a “think-tank” for us to help brainstorm and support you with business challenges resulting from the current business crisis/environment we are experiencing. We will spend the final 40 minutes of our Community Connects call supporting up to four people each week.  A person will present their business challenge and everyone else will then have the opportunity to share ideas in “popcorn style.”

No need to register!

Video Marketing - Raising Brand Awareness
 Sania Jhankar, Luminoustudios

Thursday, May 14 th  at 5:00 pm ET

We all know that video marketing is crucial to every business these days. Whether you have a product or a service, your client and customer is more likely to watch a video rather than read a long PDF. But, tackling the world of video can appear to be a big task.

You may be asking:
  • Should I hire a professional, spend a lot of dollars and hope to see returns or should I make it myself?
  • If so, where should I begin?
  • How can I use video to tell my brand story more effectively?

All these are valid questions and we have the answers, and more!

It will examine a few real-life incidents and provide some high-level tips based on experience. It will close with a review of the resources available to Chubb policy holders and the ease of doing business with the dashboard. There will also be time for “asking the cyber guy” questions.
