Creative Economy Town Hall

Wednesday, July 10

Roseville Venture Lab

316 Vernon Street

6:00 pm-8:00 pm.

Please reserve your spot ASAP as we have released additional tickets and are close to our maximum capacity.

At this Town Hall you will network with individuals and colleagues from City Officials, Economic Planning Commission Members, Arts Council Members, Creatives, Business Owners, and Community Leaders.

We will discover the impact that the Creative Economy has on our communities, cities, and businesses.

In California, the Creative Economy consists of 7.7% of our economy, larger than agriculture, transportation, construction, and education. According to the Americans for the Arts, California generated over $261.1 billion (US Bureau of Economic Analysis) and supports over 742,432 jobs.

The Arts Economic Prosperity 6 (AEP6) study data showed Placer County had $26.1 million economic impact from the Creative Economy, giving us $4.8 million in local, state, and federal government revenues.

This will be an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow creatives, share ideas, and discuss the future of our local creative economy. Whether you are an artist, entrepreneur, or community leader, your insights and participation are invaluable.
