May Happenings!

The Woman's Club of Coconut Grove is thrilled to announce an evening with The Motowners, bringing Motown's greatest hits to life! This special fundraiser benefits S.T.A.R.T. (Striving To Attain Remarkable Teens), a local nonprofit empowering youth in our own West Coconut Grove/Little Bahamas community.

Mark your calendars for a great time on Saturday, May 30th, 2026. Volunteers are needed! Email Sherill Martin to confirm your volunteer support at
hughesmartin@yahoo.com .

S.T.A.R.T. is a free afterschool program serving youth ages 11 to 19 in Little Bahamas/West Coconut Grove. Funded through grants and private donations, S.T.A.R.T. provides academic tutoring, college prep, entrepreneurship and financial literacy workshops, S.T.E.A.M. activities, cultural excursions, and a free meal program — all grounded in research-based education and psychology. With a 100% high school graduation rate and 100% post-secondary success rate, the impact speaks for itself. Learn more by visiting www.thestartprogram.net.
