About Our Live Meetings
Each of our meetings are typically structured to combine education and networking. We generally have two educational segments followed by networking time. During the meeting, each attendee has an opportunity to introduce themselves to the group and what they may have to offer or in search of. 

A three-course dinner is included with membership or admission
Cash bar is available!
 It is our experience that sitting down enjoying a meal together is a great conduit for establishing and building new relationships.

The word is out that this is the place to be so our meeting attendance has continued to grow and have averaged 80 attendees at our 2018 meetings, that relates to many opportunities to grow your business! In addition, we have great plans in 2019 to increase our attendance even further!

About our Founder & President Carl Schiovone
Carl Schiovone has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 37 years. His broad and deep knowledge and direct experience covers most areas of real estate including investing and sales. He is a multi-state approved Instructor providing many Realtor Boards continuing education programs. In addition, he is a Business Performance Coach assisting his clients with new business start-ups or scaling their business. He is a also a contributing Author for business media newspapers and magazines including the New York Real Estate Journal and Realty 411 and has authored his own educational material that is used in his one on one coaching program. Carl and Eilene are active RE Investors specializing in Hold to Rent and Remodel to Flip properties.
