Happy Friday from your Friends at Vital Health and Wellness Center ! This newsletter is filled with information that you need to know before you return to our office. Texas has reopened. We are also now open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays . Please call us at 281-809-2107 to confirm your time and in-person appointment. We are requiring that everyone complete a screening questionnaire at your visit . Please see other Office Updates below. We have decided to keep Televisits as part of our practice. Please give us feedback if you would like your Telemedicine visit, outside of our listed hours.

Office Updates (*New*) Screening Questionnaire now required before visit. Wear your Mask to the Office. We will provide you with one if you don't have one. Limit one guest per person. Additional waiting areas are available throughout the building. A wait from your car option is now available.

Telemedicine We have decided to offer Telemedicine Visits at least three days each week. We offer several platforms to choose from including: Healow, Doxy.me, FaceTime, and Skype. All you need is a smartphone or computer, and Wi-Fi access. Call, Text, or Email our Office to schedule your next appointment.

Make Time to Unwind Find a support network to check in with daily. Meditate or pray daily. Perform aerobic exercise at least 150 minutes/week. Listen to music or podcasts. Read books or magazines in your spare time. Breathe deeply several times throughout the day. Go outside each day for a few minutes in the Sun.
