The Crusader Annual Fund
By now you should have received the annual fund packet that was sent home with your youngest child. Included in the white envelope are a letter from Dr. Shamas, a letter from our Annual Fund chairs, Mr. & Mrs. Harkness, and our annual fund mailer. The Crusade Annual Fund provides the means for us to bless our dedicated faculty and staff with a bonus during the holiday season, and provide financial assistance to those who desire a Catholic education but require financial assistance.
Jesus tells us in Luke 6:38, "Give, and it will be given to you; a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For the measure you give will be the measure you get back."
Every gift to The Crusade Annual Fund, no matter the size, moves us closer to our goal of $55,000. I ask that you prayerfully consider a donation today.
Make your gift to The Crusade Annual Fund by clicking on the green link below, scanning the QR code on the annual fund mailer, or returning the giving envelope that is attached to the annual fund mailer.
Thank you for your generosity and continued support of our school.
In closing, I pose the question we ask our students every day - will you go all in?
Thank you to those who have already donated to the annual fund – you are truly all in! I am grateful for your generosity and continued support.
Abundant Blessings,
Sherri Minch
Development Director

CARLINE REMINDERS:
SCHOOL DAY | 8:00 AM – 3:35 PM
| |
MORNING CARLINE REMINDERS:
- Carline starts at 7:40am
- Students should not exit the vehicle until they hear the whistle.
- Families with students in PreK/Kinder/1st grade should use red line (the line on the right, closest to the school building).
- Students should not exit the vehicle if the vehicle has not passed the corner of the St. Vincent de Paul building.
- Students in blue line (the line on the left, closest to the gym) should walk up the middle of the parking lot to the covered crosswalk.
AFTERNOON CARLINE REMINDERS:
- Dismissal starts at 3:35pm.
- If the main parking lot is full, please enter the overflow lot. Do not turn into the main lot from Cherry Street if there are cars in the overflow lot.
- Follow the painted lines with the center of your vehicle
- Pull up as close as possible to the vehicle in front of you to maximize the number of cars we can get in the parking lot.
- When you are waiting to exit the overflow lot, please do not enter the alley that connects the entrance to the overflow lot with the overflow lot as this prevents vehicles from entering the overflow lot, causing a backup of vehicles on Cherry Street.

Trunk or Treat
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 26TH
6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
| |
It’s Trunk or Treat time at St. Anne! Trunk or Treat is an event designated for children from 5th grade and under. The event consists of decorating the trunk of your car with an appropriate theme for our children and the Church. Also, you could hand out candy to the children who attend the event. This is not a requirement; however, it is a healthy and fun way to celebrate with the children of our community. There will be a pumpkin carving/decorating and dance contest. We will have a DJ and lots of fun! Prizes for the best Trunk and Costume!!!
Trunk or Treat set up starts at 4:00 pm in the parking lot between gym and school. We only have 40 spots available and the deadline for trunk sign ups is Tuesday, October 22. Food and drinks will be for sale to raise money for Saint Anne Children Faith Formation. So, bring some cash with you.
If you have any questions about the event, or if you want to decorate your car, please contact me to reserve your spot at: Devin Devore devinrdevore@gmail.com
In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the gym.
