That Art Place ~ Adult Intro to Glassblowing

Friday, 5:30pm

Discover the magic of glassblowing at That Art Place! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll shape, color, and blow your own ornaments from start to finish.

Traditional hot shop glassblowing uses a large furnace of molten glass, while our torch-based method offers a smaller, more approachable way to experience the art.

You’ll choose your colors, work with the glass through every step, and create three beautiful ornaments to take home the same day.

Sendero Shooting Sports ~ Texas Parks and Wildlife Hunter Education

Saturday Oct. 11th, 10:30 am ~ 4:30 pm

This course is designed for novice or young hunters, ages 9 years and above. The course covers the core competencies of firearm and hunting safety, hunting ethics and wildlife conservation. All materials are provided. The Hunter Education Classroom Course lasts a maximum of 6 hours of classroom instruction. This time does not include registration, breaks, test administration and certification card distribution. Courses are offered across the state year round and are taught by certified volunteer instructors. The fee for the certification is $15. Some instructors may apply additional charges for the class, such as range or facility fees. Pre-registration is required. Check with the instructor for directions and any special instructions prior to going to class

That Art Place ~ Adult Fused Glass

Pumpkin Workshop

Join us at That Art Place to create a beautiful fused glass Pumpkin for your autumn decor! Our instructor will guide you through each step. No experience needed—just come ready to have fun and get creative. All supplies and kiln-firing are included. Your pumpkin will be approximately 9x9 inches and will include a wooden stand.

Pre-registration is required to reserve your seat.

Ages 13+ only

Your pumpkin will stay at the studio to be kiln-fired and will be ready for pickup in about 7 -10 days.

This public skating session is geared to younger or beginner skaters and their families!

Our full cafe menu is available so come hungry.

Purchase tickets online in advance at discounted rate. Full price at the door until occupancy is reached. As always, everyone needs a ticket to enter except children 3 and under. Children 15 & under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult 21+
