Balsamic Burger Topped
With Seasoned Shrimp
Ingredients for Burgers:
  1. 1 lb lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
  2. 2 tablespoons VS Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  3. 1 tablespoon Healthy Life NY Steak & Hamburger Seasoning
  4. 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  5. 1 egg
  6. VS Garlic Olive Oil
  7. 4 slices of cheese
  8. 4 hamburger buns
  9. 2 cups greens
Ingredients for Shrimp:
  1. 1 pound uncooked small shrimp, cleaned and de-veined
  2. 1/2 teaspoon Stonewall Kitchen Maine Seafood Rub
Directions for Shrimp:
  1. Brush shrimps with oil
  2. Toss the shrimp with the Maine Seafood Rub.
  3. Grill 2 minutes on each side, until shells are hot pink and shrimp is opaque.
Directions for Burgers:
  1. Combine meat, seasoning, VS Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, Panko bread crumbs and egg. Once mixed, form into patties.
  2. Cook patties on the grill or stove top until done.
  3. Brush Garlic Olive Oil on the the inside of the buns and set on grill/pan until warm or slightly toasted.
  4. Add cheese. shrimp and greens to each burger and serve.

Maine Seafood Rub

A beautiful filet of fresh haddock or cod deserves to be cooked to perfection. This hand-blended mix of spices and salt complements the flavor of the fish without overpowering it. Add some to chowder, steamed shellfish or stews. Wicked awesome! 

For added flavor, generously apply rub to lightly oiled seafood 15-30 minutes prior to cooking, then sauté, grill or roast. Also, delicious used on white meats and vegetables.
