  • 3 Tbsp Vita Sana Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 5-7 raspberries (+ more for garnish)
  • 10-12 mint leaves (+ more for garnish)
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • Sparkling mineral water or ginger ale (or both)
  • Ice
  • Muddle mint leaves, raspberries, lime juice, and the Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar in a shaker. If you do not have a shaker, mash it in a bowl with a potato masher.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake until contents are chilled. 
  • Pour contents into a tall drinking glass and top with sparkling water or ginger ale.
  • Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.

  • 8 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 6 ounces blueberries
  • 6 ounces raspberries
  • 4 ounces Feta cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup VS Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup VS Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Pine Ridge Apiaries Prairie Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt & Pepper to taste
  • For vinaigrette, mix together Basil EVOO, Cascadian Wild Raspberry White BV, Dijon Mustard, Pine Ridge Apiaries Prairie Honey, salt and pepper in a bowl or jar. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, feta cheese, red onion, and almonds. Toss salad.
  • Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve immediately.
