We're Delighted to Hear from Families About Our Exceptional Care!

A Five-Star Review:
"[At the beginning], my mother was not particularly accepting of the help and friendship offered by Victoria, her visitor [home health aide]. Mom is very independent and couldn't understand that she needed the help. Both the office and Victoria were very patient with her and I truly felt as though they treated Mom not as a patient, but as a family member of their own. There was one blip, but it was handled swiftly and professionally."

Celebrating Our Hardworking Employees

We are so proud of our wonderful, hard-working employees who go beyond the call of duty. Below is why our Angels are so special...

Dornell Y-J: Dornell has been with Visiting Angels since March 2019. For the majority of the past two years, Dornell has consistently cared for one client. Our client and our client’s family adore Dornell, citing her intelligence, her common sense, her caregiving skills, as well as her ability to determine what makes the client happy—and then doing those very things! We appreciate Dornell’s reliability, professionalism, and willingness to follow office procedures such as submitting time sheets, responding to office messages, communicating with the office about client or scheduling issues, and consistently clocking in and out as scheduled.

Patricia L: Patricia is a loyal long-time reliable aide who has been working with Visiting Angels since 2011. She has been caring for one client in particular since April 2018. Our client has commented that he doesn't know how he ever got along without her, which is a testament to her caring, dependable, personable, and hard-working nature. Patricia is flexible with her schedule and is willing to change days or times in order to meet our client’s needs. Patricia is dutiful in submitting her duty sheets and other paperwork necessary to remain compliant as a CHHA, rarely calls out, lets the office know of any issues, and is a pleasure to have on our team!

We appreciate and thank you, Dornell and Patricia!

SELF-SERVICE GAS

A man fills up his car tank with gasoline and accidentally spills some on his hand.

He doesn't notice it, so when he gets into his car he lights a cigarette.

Instantly, his arm catches fire. The man then sticks his arm out the window and begins to wave it around frantically, attempting to blow out the flames crawling up his sleeve.

A police officer sees the man struggling with his arm on fire and arrests him on the spot.

The charge? Possession of an unlicensed firearm.
