1. What you need to know
We did it! Thanks to everyone for all of the hard work. CORE21 rolled out as planned on Monday, February 16. We continue to troubleshoot issues for frontline staff and customers raised through your POCs in the chat spaces. We have seen 4,842 individual customers create portalaccounts as of yesterday, Tuesday, February 17!
2. What did we do?
A list of impacted users and the steps the state and our vendors took to fix the issue:
All Users: Updated production color to match V11 (SQR 26390)
All Users: Ran a server update at 11 a.m. on 2/17 to address DRIVES spinning and slowness on e-services transactions
All Users: Ran a server update at 10 a.m. on 2/18 to run a cleanup job to process open e-services tasks from 2/17.
All Users: Cash Tendering Summary Cube for users with V11 custom views (SQR 26326)
All Users: Fixed Payment Batch Summary not appearing for all users issue (SQR 26397)
Driver Services: Resize photos for CBI requests (SQR 26449)
Driver Services: Send Statutory Questions for CDL issuances to Thales (SQR 26438)
Vehicle Services: Fixed Dealer Temp Tag issuances for vehicles with a lien (SQR 26419)
The SQRs below were fixed at 1:15 p.m. on 2/18:
