Gen Z in the Workplace in the Cincinnati Region Webinar

Tuesday, June 3

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

In late 2024, The Cincinnati Regional Chamber's Workforce Innovation Center and Leadership Center released "Gen Z in the Workforce in the Cincinnati Region, Part I: The University Track." Our presenters will review the findings of this first of two papers, focused on those who have or are pursuing a four year bachelor’s degree or above, as we know that they are a vital part of the current and future work environment. Research is currently underway for a second report focused on members of Gen Z who did not pursue a four-year degree. That paper will be released in 2025.

Does this group represent a challenge for the nonprofit industry, or a golden opportunity to attract a socially conscious workforce? Join us to learn more!

This workshop is part of A Force for Good, a program of Leadership Council for Nonprofits.
