We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team in a prime-time role (25–30 hours per week). If you enjoy building relationships, working in a team-oriented environment, and helping customers celebrate life’s special moments through fine jewelry, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Professional, you will provide a superior customer experience by guiding customers through jewelry purchases with professionalism, warmth, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized sales experiences
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate merchandise
• Share detailed product knowledge about fine jewelry and timepieces
• Support store operations to help drive growth and profitability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs and special orders
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to help grow the business
• Assist customers with both in-store and online purchases

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, luxury sales, or jewelry sales preferred
• Comfortable using technology including tablets, smartphones, and computers
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends during peak retail hours
• Professional upscale casual or business attire required
