Some service agreements include a clause that results in the auto renewal of your agreement, unless otherwise cancelled, within a certain number of days (e.g., 60, 90, etc.) of its renewal date.
Also, please be aware that some agreements are very specific as to how the “notice of intent not to renew” is to be provided.
