Join us for a fun, rhythmic class that incorporates both weights and cardiovascular exercises. Tabata is a form of interval training, alternating between 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest. Set to upbeat music, the intervals are always changing. Before you realize it, you've completed a 50 min full body workout! All fitness levels are welcome, and the only equipment needed is a mat and a set of free weights.
