Grand Ledge Ribbon Cutting

On September 24, McLaren Greater Lansing cut the ribbon on the new Grand Ledge Emergency Room and Ambulatory Care Center. The facility is scheduled to open to patients in October.

Thank you to Grand Ledge community leaders, Dave and Dianne Mohnke, Ed and Karen MacKenzie, Jeff and Sally Harrold, and Keith and Denise Mulder, for their generous contributions to the Grand Ledge Community Fund.

This fund was created by McLaren Greater Lansing Foundation to benefit the development of this facility. Ongoing funds will continue to make an impact by supporting equipment needs, caregiver education and special projects so that we may continue to provide the best care to the community. If you are interested in contributing, please visit www.mclarenloveslansing.org/donate or email mglfoundation@mclaren.org.

Women's Giving Circle

Our Women's Giving Circle welcomed Madeline Watts, Director of Government Relations for McLaren Health Care, to the September educational meeting. Maddie discussed the current legislative environment and how it impacts McLaren Greater Lansing and the work the Foundation does.

McLaren Greater Lansing Mobile Clinic

The new McLaren Greater Lansing Mobile Clinic arrived on campus on September 16 and will be on the road soon.

The clinic is fully equipped with private exam rooms, to bring essential medical services directly to those who need it most. It will also serve as a training site for the McLaren Greater Lansing Resident programs.

Thank you to IBEW Local 665/National Electrical Contractors Association - NECA Lansing and Bill Carr Signs for already supporting this amazing asset to the Greater Lansing Community.

The Foundation's goal is to raise $200,000 annually to support the operations of the clinic. Support helps expand access, offer vital screenings, and ensure no one is left behind due to transportation or financial barriers.

If you are interested in joining in on the effort visit www.mclarenloveslansing.org/donate or call 517-975-7118.
