Thank you to Auxiliary President, Tina Gueits, and the Michigan Fraternal Order of Eagles for their work this year to raise funds for the cardiac program for seniors at

McLaren Greater Lansing.

On Wednesday, June 11, Tina presented the donation of $76,077 with more to come!

Automated External Defibrillators

We were honored to donate $25,000 from the Grand Ledge Community Health Fund to purchase ten Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to the Grand Ledge Fire Department as they work toward the city becoming a HEARTSafe Community.

Thank you to our Board of Trustees for recognizing the importance of supporting this project in the Grand Ledge Community.

A HEARTSafe Community is one that is better prepared to respond to sudden cardiac arrest through public access to AEDs, CPR awareness, and strong emergency response partnerships. Grand Ledge would be the third city in Michigan to receive this designation!

Women's Giving Circle

On Thursday, June 18, our Women's Giving Circle met at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant in Lansing for a wine and appetizer tasting. Meetings are held four times a year and are a variety of inspirational, educational and social themed gatherings.

The Women’s Giving Circle (WGC) is made up of dedicated and compassionate women who strongly believe in providing the best possible healthcare for our community.
