A snippet from the artist about her life, her art and her muse:  " Most of my life has been involved with music- playing, teaching, conducting- always interpreting.  Recently, I traded my baton for a paint brush; now, I try to interpret what I see.  Whether in the studio or en plein air, one is challenged with color, value, composition, etc.  I enjoy painting with oil and watercolor and have had the opportunity to study with fine teachers in each medium." ~Dianne Dean

"Handwriting is the intimate expression of emotions, wishes and dreams made visible on paper.  Through this personal medium we have the privilege of sharing our humanity with everyone, or with no one at all.
It is an intensely private occupation that can never be exactly duplicated, yet always reveals a glimpse of the writer's soul."
~ Master Penman Michael Sull
