We currently have three positive cases of COVID-19 - one in a Dosberg Manor resident and two in staff members. In-person visitation has been paused for this resident and two others who are currently in quarantine. For all others not currently in quarantine, in-person visitation is still in session.
In preparation for your visit, please review the following guidance:

Weekday visiting hours are Monday - Friday, by appointment only:
- 9:30 -10:30 a.m.
- 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
- 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
- 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Evening visiting hours are available by appointment only on Tuesdays:
- 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
- 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Weekend hours are available by appointment only on designated weekend days each month, and can be scheduled for:
- 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
- 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
- 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are delayed due to unavoidable circumstances and will arrive late, please call Dana Zientara at 716-639-3311 ext. 2505.
- Visiting hours are one hour in length.
- You will need to make an appointment for all visits. If you are dropping off an item for a loved on, a visit cannot take place without an appointment.
- When you arrive, please sign in at the reception desk. Please sign out when you leave.
- A Dosberg Manor staff member will escort you to your loved one's room.
- Visits will be held in resident rooms; designated visiting areas, or designated outdoor areas (weather permitting).
- If your loved one is currently on a 14-day quarantine, they are not eligible for in-person visitation. However, virtual visits are still available.
- All visitors will be screened for COVID-19. This will include a temperature check and questions about exposure to the virus and recent travel. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or had close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the prior 14 days (regardless of your vaccination status), you will not be allowed to visit in person.
- Sanitize your hands when you arrive and throughout your visit.
- Wear a face mask covering your nose and mouth at all times.
- For residents living in a semi-private room, visitors may not enter the living space of the roommate or the shared bathroom.
- Please use designated seating in each room and please do not move seating to ensure 6 feet of social distancing.
- A designated VISITOR restroom is available past the Deli area.
- You may only go to and from your loved one's room or designated visiting area. Visitors are not permitted anywhere else in the facility at any time.
- Up to two individuals will be permitted to visit a resident at any one time.
- Visitors under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
