Visitation
In-person visitation is now open for residents, with the exception of those that may be under quarantine or isolation precautions. We have received updated visitation guidance that we are reviewing, which may impact visitation procedures moving forward.
Updates
Previous DOH regulations regarding holiday guidance are no longer in effect. Should a resident leave the facility for a non-medically necessary appointment, they will no longer need to:
- Produce a negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours of their return.
- Enter a quarantine period upon their return.
Any resident that is on a quarantine cannot leave the facility until their quarantine period is complete. Families that wish to take their loved ones out of the facility can contact their Case Manager, where plans can be discussed surrounding infection control and follow-up procedures.
We have received additional visitation guidance from the DOH. We’ve reached out to our regional DOH office for clarification on this guidance, and will have more information to share with you next week.
