TONIGHT!!! Thursday May 3rd marks the beginning of our big 4 day 10th Anniversary Extravaganza!  It's all kicking off with the 2nd Annual Hippo Press Taco Tour. What is the Taco Tour you ask?  It's 30+ downtown restaurants serving $2 tacos!  We'll be down there lending some superhero help, look for Deadpool, Captain America and Spider-man! Follow the hashtag #hippotaco on Twitter for the latest updates!!!

After the Taco Tour we're going to meet up at a bar downtown for drinks before heading to O'Neil Cinemas in Londonderry for the midnight screening of The Avengers!!!

We have 2 theaters set aside exclusively for Double Midnighters!  Tickets are on sale now at the store and they're just $6 only a few remain get to the store!!! It's going to be a big party with raffles, trivia and more!  

Friday May 4th is Day 2 of our 10th Anniversary Celebration!  It's International Star Wars Day - May the 4th be with you, get it?  Save 25% off all Star Wars items all day long!  

Also tomorrow it's the launch of Magic Avacyn Restored! We'll have plenty of the new set on hand and a killer Friday Night Magic with extra prizes and surprises!  

And finally we're hosting the 1st "Night of Free Comic Books"! Tomorrow night you can sample books that could never be given away on Free Comic Book Day! There will be over 30 titles to choose from including Chew, 30 Days of Night, The Goon, Fanboys vs Zombies, The Walking Dead, Crossed, Punisher MAX, The Boys, Grimm Fairy Tales and more!  Try the books the big kids are reading!

Saturday May 5th is Day 3 of our 10th Anniversary Celebration! Free Comic Book Day is the centerpiece of our 10th Anniversary Celebration!  We're taking our usual FCBD party and turning the volume to 11!  Come meet Eisner Nominated Atomic Robo artist Scott Wegener as he returns to the store!  Scott will be signing and sketching along with our friends Sara Richard, Roger Andrews, Jerry Flemming and more! 

Have you heard about our amazing raffles??? We have stuff signed by Joe Quesada, Robert Kirkman, Stan Lee to give away plus goodies from IDW and Valiant!

Make sure to check out the freebie tables for goodies from Dark Horse, IDW, DC and Skybound Entertainment!

Bring the kids!!!  There will be face painting, a coloring contest and games!  

There will also be a big costume contest!  Plus kids and adults come in costume and get more FREE comics!  

Join us at 1 for cake and merriment!  We're going to have a great time and we want all our friends there to help us celebrate 10 years of Double Midnight Comics!

Oh and when the store closes we're heading over to Spare Time Bowling across the street for a FREE Bowling party!  Space will be limited, watch for details on how you can get in!  And of course it's Cinco De Mayo so the party will continue late into the night!
