Thank you to all who attended DMF 2022!!
From your DMF team
The fourteenth annual Downeast Medal Finals was another great show. Many thanks to our tireless crew who kept everything running smoothly, our loyal exhibitors, but most of all our incredible sponsors for their generous support and wonderful awards. There were lots of new faces at DMF 2022, and also many returning friends to enjoy the spirit of the show.

Some highlights were the ever popular Team Challenge (this year we had 7 teams!) accompanied by the Exhibitors' Party and Ice Cream Social put on by the Downeast Committee. Great food, ice cream and live music, what could be better! The Pro/Am class featured three mother/daughter pairs (and they were in the top 3!). The Horsemanship Challenge was hotly contested by a record number of riders, and the top six from each age group went on to complete the practicum. The Derbies were as popular as ever with everyone sporting their formal attire. Sunday was Medal day and riders gave their best efforts in order to compete for the winning coolers, picture frames, flowers, and a myriad of other awards.

A quote from someone at the show: “Another beautiful weekend at the Downeast Medal Finals complete with the best group of people. This is my second year at this show and I am impressed by how everyone involved in this organization goes above and beyond to make each and every competitor feel special, educate the next generation of horsemen, and celebrate these incredibly special creatures we’re so lucky to compete with.” This sums up the purpose of DMF perfectly. I hope that we will see all of you September 14-17, 2023, to celebrate 15 years of the Downeast Medal Finals!

Meader Supply
Thank you to Meader Supply for sponsoring Downeast Medal Finals!

Meader Supply was created in the 80’s because our community had a need for quality driving supplies and we believed we could help fill this need. We may have begun as a draft supply store, but as our community has evolved we have continued to listen to requests, trying to fill in the gaps for what people couldn’t find. We still have a large inventory of draft and driving supplies, but we are also proud to be expanding our riding inventory as well. We have welcomed Professional’s Choice, Shires, Mountain Horse, Kerrits, Irideon, Buccas, Toklat, Tipperary, Phoenix Protective Products, Wintec, Bates, Arena Saddles, and so many more in the recent months. Here at Meader Supply we are a family, and we are all proud to be an ever-evolving retail location, constantly striving to please and give back to our community.
Meader Supply's store is open! Find out more information on Facebook.
