A Note from the Director...

Book Drop News
All items can be returned in the Book Drop except hotspots, storytime kit bags,
American girl doll kits, ukuleles or any other other “special items.”
 All other items like books, audiobooks, DVDs, CDs, magazines can be returned in the drop. Also, all item returns throughout the system are subject to a 3 day quarantine- so items may still appear on your account after their return. Those returns are backdated so you should not see any incorrect fines.

Please note that handicapped parking spots have been relocated directly across from the entrance - please do not park in front of the drop, that area is for patrons to pull up to drop off returns.

Family Yoga Series
Join us for virtual yoga with
Kellyn Handforth of Happy Light Yoga

Each 30-minute session will include breathing exercises, warm up & stretching, yoga story with poses,
and a brief rest.
Suitable for caregivers and children
ages 1 to 2.5 years.

3rd Wednesday of Each Month at 2pm
Students will enjoy this virtual event as they learn about nine different occupations from community professionals. We will interview an Engineer,
a Dentist, a Zoo Keeper, a Lawyer, a Realtor, a Library Director, a Sign Language Interpreter, a Park Ranger, and a Medical Helicopter Pilot. Students will sign up to present at least one book report about one of the professions we will study. Meet area friends, practice presentation skills, and learn about some interesting careers that you may want to pursue!
Elementary Students (grades 2 - 5) will meet virtually the first Wednesday night of the month at 6:30 to help plan and produce our Summer Reading Program!
Students will select programs and presenters, make posters, help advertise, choose prizes fund raise. Contact Jill Swatton for more info.

Presentation by Catherine Quillman on the history, story and preservation of Milford Mills and what is Marsh Creek today.

With emphasis on lengthening and deepening breath, you will be guided through your practice to emphasize on the present moment. Find an area free from distraction, comfy clothes and a sturdy chair. 45 minute practice with a 15 minute question/answer session.
