Student Banner Project

Mid-January - Mid-April, 2023

The eleventh annual Student Banner Project kicks off in mid-January, with 42 new lamp pole banners created by incredible young artists from Columbine Elementary School, Casey Middle School and Boulder High School. This year's banner artists created their work to answer these thematic questions: What do you do in your life to lift your spirits? To keep you connected and happy? What brings you joy? Keep an eye out for the banners - which will adorn the Pearl Street Mall - beginning January 20.

The Banner Project is presented by Boulder Arts Week, Boulder’s only large-scale, inclusive celebration of our community’s vibrant arts and cultural offerings, which takes place April 7 - 15, 2023.
