Don't forget to come back on July 27 to hear Chain Station! Next week is also CU Night. Begin the evening at the Boulder Theater with Chancellor Philip DiStefano and Boulder Mayor Pro Tem Rachel Friend as they (along with others) discuss how the university and the local community are building a just and sustainable future. Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore CU Boulder exhibits and enjoy food and drinks. Purchase tickets for the event here

Following the discussion, walk over to the Pearl Street Mall to enjoy an evening at Bands on the Bricks with cold beverages, local music and fellow CU Buffs fanatics.

zero-fare-for-better-air image

During the month of August, RTD will offer zero fares on all buses and trains as a part of the Zero Fare for Better Air Initiative. This program is made possible by Colorado Senate Bill 22-180 and in partnership with the Colorado Energy Office. All services are free! This includes Access-a-Ride for those who are certified Access-a- Ride customers, and Boulder specific services such as the HOP! The goal of this program is to reduce ground-level ozone by increasing the use of public transit.

Looking for more transit options? Enjoy a convenient, stress-free way to access Chautauqua Park with the Park to Park shuttle! The shuttle runs on weekends and holidays, 8 am - 8 pm, from May 28 - Sept. 5, 2022. Park for free at one of the five City of Boulder parking garages (look for the green 'P'), the Regent lot at the University of Colorado-Boulder or New Vista High School. The shuttle is free and runs every 15 minutes.
