Downtown-To-Go Debuts
In collaboration with the City of Evansville, the DOWNTOWN EVANSVILLE - Economic Improvement District has launched a test Drop-Off Curbside Service in the 200 block of Main Street.

One parking space at each end of the block has been re-signed and a sign has been installed at each space with the businesses providing delivery.

A decision will be made in September on ending, continuing, or expanding the program. To learn more and to see which businesses are participating, visit our website.

Photograph DTEVV is Downtown Evansville’s Photography Contest. The contest creates an opportunity for all photographers (from novice to professional) to engage and interact with our downtown. Contest participants will share their take on any of the four categories for submission:

  • Downtown Evansville Skyline

Market on Main offering Market Boxes
Market on Main is offering a new service for consumers this year - weekly Market Boxes. Boxes can be customized with a variety of market items. The best part? You don't have to leave your vehicle! Learn more about the Market Boxes and place your order at

Market on Main is held every Wednesday and continues through September 16 on the Ford Center Plaza from 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM. The orders for next week are due by 5 PM Monday, August 10.
Outdoor play at cMoe
5th Street Boardwalk is open for play at the Children's Museum of Evansville (cMoe)! Take a stroll, search the sandbox for “hidden” objects, play in the musical garden, and relax under a beach umbrella!

Reservations are encouraged and museum admission grants you access to the outdoor exhibit, which is open until September 30. Reserve your exploration time at Times are available for this weekend!
