CRANK ARM BREWERY TO OPEN IN DOWNTOWN RALEIGH
Crank Arm Brewing, which is an extension of Crank Arm Rickshaw, is now open in the Warehouse District. Co-owner Adam Eckhardt said the brewery will have five of its own beers on tap, and two others that will rotate seasonally. Eckhardt hopes to serve beers from other local breweries and give those breweries the opportunity to serve beer from Crank Arm.

COLD OFF THE PRESS JUICE BAR OPENS IN RALEIGH
Things are looking up for vegetarians and vegans - and for anyone else in search of healthier options -in downtown Raleigh. With the opening of Cold Off the Press, you can add juice bar to the lineup. The first culinary venture for Amir Sadeghi, the shop sells cold-pressed juices, smoothies and plant-based nutritional supplements. CHARTER SQUARE BUILDING ATTRACTS BIG-NAME EQUITY PARTNER
When Dominion Realty Partners announced in April its plan to build an 11-story office tower on the Charter Square site in downtown Raleigh, CEO and President Andy Andrews declined to disclose his firm’s equity partner in the $54 million deal.
