Presented by Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa, join us for a parade, block party, crawfish, gumbo, beads, beer, hurricanes, way-too-cute dogs, and more! The event starts at noon and runs to 5:00, all on Main Street in downtown Little Rock.
