CMSC is happy to partner with the CT chapter of the US Green Building Council (CTGBC) for the NESSBE (Northeast Summit for a Sustainable Built Environment) 2021 'Power of Place' Summit: a virtual summit being held on March 25-26 that will engage a broad audience in exploring solutions for meeting the challenge of the climate crisis in the built environment while lifting up vulnerable communities. Dan Pesce to Lead Manchester Main Street Efforts

Dan Pesce is the newly hired Downtown Development Specialist for the Town of Manchester. Dan comes to Manchester from Waterbury, where he served as both the Community Development Planner as well as the Interim Director for the Waterbury Development Corporation. Dan is a graduate of the Urban and Community Studies program at the University of Connecticut. He resides in Watertown with his wife Julie.
