CMSC Webinar Reveals Impact of Design on Downtown Leasing
Our most recent webinar, Overcoming Leasing Obstacles Through Design with presenter Jennifer Gaggion, was an engaging look at why interior design should be part of a leasing strategy. Our audience learned about the visual impact a space has on potential real estate brokers, lessees and investors, and how property owners can create spaces that appeal to a broader leasing population. Two real-life examples from Meriden and Marlborough brought these points home with before-and-after photos that showed what an impact thoughtful design can have.
