Learn the A-to-Z steps to successfully diagnose and effectively treat TMD from Clayton Chan, DDS. You will learn practical and effective techniques for bite registration, fabrication of an optimum orthotic, laboratory delivery of the final orthotic, and coronoplasty, which will all be demonstrated on a live patient.

Course Overview
Day 1

  • Protocols for performing a full workup and taking a bite
  • Scan Interpretation of Phase I treatment
  •  Live Patient Workup for taking a K7 neuromuscular bite 
  • How to Properly Communicate with the lab to eliminate problems and pitfalls. *Laboratory technician will make an Orthotic for delivery on Day 2.

Day 2

  • Proper techniques to Coronoplasty a neuromuscular Orthotic on a live patient
  • Effective use of K7 Scans and interpretation of each to facilitate optimum Coronoplasty of the bites, and deliver and verify the orthotic from Day 1

Clayton Chan, DDS
 
Dr. Chan earned his DDS degree from Loma Linda University. Author of a number of publications in the field of neuromuscular dentistry, Dr. Chan has lectured internationally on NM topics. He maintains a GNM practice in Las Vegas and is the founder and Director of Occlusion Connections, a CE organization in Las Vegas that offers continuing education courses in NMD.
