Dr. Jennifer Souders has been a licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Washington (WA) from 1992 until the present. She is Board Certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Souders completed medical school at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in 1988, residency training in Anesthesiology at the University of Colorado in 1992, and a joint fellowship in Anesthesiology and Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at the University of Washington in 1995.

Dr. Souders has specific clinical and didactic knowledge of the pharmacology and toxicology of numerous substances and how these substances produce their effects in the presence of complex disease states. Dr. Souders enjoys consulting with attorneys on a variety of civil and criminal cases.

Her active professional society memberships include the WA State Medical Association, American Academy of Clinical Toxicology, and the WA Academy of Pain Management.

Dr. Houman Sabahi is a board certified radiologist in Astoria, Oregon.

Dr. Sabahi is currently licensed to practice medicine in Oregon and Washington. He is affiliated with Columbia Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Sabahi has over 37 years of experience in the field having graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University School Of Medicine with his medical degree in 1983. He completed his residency in Radiology in 1988 at Oral Roberts University City of Faith Research and Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.

His professional interests include diagnostic radiology, image guided procedures, musculoskeletal imaging, neuroradiology, pain management, vascular and interventional radiology.

One model is having the examiner conduct the interview portion of the physical exam via video conferencing and having the physical exam supervised by examiner conducted by a local representative present with the examinee.
