From President Frank H. Wu:

After a year of work and great participation by our college community, I am excited to share with you a draft of the Queens College 2021-2026 Strategic Plan. It has been posted online at

This draft has been formulated with the help of many Queens College stakeholders, including faculty, students, alumni, staff, members of the Queens College Foundation, and Queens community members. Through an inclusive year long process—with the involvement of the Strategic Plan Steering Committee, Working Groups, and hundreds of Town Hall participants this past fall—we have developed a plan that will guide Queens College to a brighter future and enable it to provide its students with the best possible education in a welcoming environment.

I ask all of you to review this draft in preparation for the town halls that will be held over the next two weeks. If you cannot attend the town hall that is designated for your constituent group, written comments are always welcome at
We look forward to completing this process with the superb involvement of so many in our Queens College community and then moving into the next phase of implementing our plan for Queens College’s future.
Thank you. I do hope to see you at the Town Halls and look forward to hearing your comments about the plan.
