CAFETERIA NEWS
* Federal and State regulations prohibit our cafeteria employees from charging the child's account for a parent meal.
* The cafeteria does not accept credit cards nor do they keep cash on hand, therefore, parents must pay the exact amount or write a check for a lunch. Adult meal price is $5.50.
* Please note that according to the LA. School Food Service Policy Guidance Manual, outside restaurant food, soft drinks, and candy are not allowed in the school cafeteria. Your compliance is appreciated and necessary.

Pack 136 Cub Scout News
Our Pack Meeting is Wednesday, October 9th, at 6:30pm in the Cafeteria.
We will also be participating in the Church Trunk or Treat on October 13th from 3pm to 5pm.
Check with your Den Leader on how you can help and come out in your costume for fun.
Popcorn order forms are due into the Pack by October 15th.

THANKFUL FOR A SUCCESSFUL BOOK FAIR
Our total sales for the Book Fair this year was $33,870.27. From that total, our school received $5,717.57 in cash and $5,500.00 in Scholastic Dollars. The Scholastic Dollars were used to purchase more books and resources for our library. Many thanks to our amazing community of very generous parents.

1 pm on Saturday, October 19th can be picked up in the fair

Ride Bracelets: Purchase ride bracelets for unlimited rides all weekend! Order deadline is Friday, October 11th and distribution is Tuesday, October 15th
Looking for a fun way to spend a few hours?
Please volunteer! Volunteers are needed in all areas
including games, food booths, set up and clean up. If
you have more than a few hours, please consider becoming a booth chair. Volunteers are essential to the
success of the Fair!
