We are officially in the season of enrollment for the 21-22 school year and this month’s Parents magazine highlights the Private school options in Baton Rouge. As I looked through the pages, I realized that parents have many different options for their children’s education, so I want to THANK YOU for choosing St. George School for your family.
The faculty and staff at St. George work hard to provide your children with a strong academic program, faith formation and opportunities for individualized social/emotional growth. We are grateful that you have chosen St. George for your child(ren) and we are constantly evaluating and adjusting our program to meet the needs of our students and families.
One way we do this is through the accreditation process. This year-long process requires us to analyze different domains of our school including Mission and Catholic Identity, Governance and Leadership, Academic Excellence and Operational Vitality. We use the data we collect to determine our performance level in each domain and substantiate this with evidence while also creating plans for continuous growth. This process is completed every 5 years and we just turned in our report for the 2020-2021 Accreditation Process.
We are proud of what we do at St. George and hope you are too. Your support and personal testimonies are the best advertisement for us, so we ask that you spread the word and share with everyone all that St. George School has to offer.
