PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

"Let us trust in him who has placed this burden upon us. What we ourselves cannot bear, let us bear with the help of Christ." St. Boniface

Trust is defined as a firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.

In a school setting," trust fosters a set of organizational conditions, some structural and others social-psychological, that makes it more conducive for individuals to initiate and sustain the kind of activities necessary to affect productivity improvements". (Bryk and Schneider 2002)
