We are excited to announce that our school has partnered with Hallow, a Catholic meditation and prayer app, to provide your student with a free Hallow subscription to help your family strengthen your prayer life this year. Hallow can either be downloaded from the app store or can be accessed at www.hallow.com. It is the perfect addition to your family’s faith life during this Advent season. You can find many resources that will enrich your entire family’s faith journey.

Grades 1-2: Parents can access Hallow by using your child’s school email address and the temporary password of hallowed. Your child’s email address is full legal first name.last name@sgstudent.org

For example: John Smith  - John.Smith@sgstudent.org

Grades 3-8: Students have logged into Hallow during religion class. Please ask your child to show you how to login so that your family can use these excellent resources during the Advent season.

Please note that students will be dismissed at the times indicated above. Parents, please use the gym carpool lane for pickup. Students will be called following normal dismissal procedures. If your child is still testing, you will be asked to park in the parking lot until testing is completed. 

Exams count as 20% of a student’s final grade. The exam grades are not included as part of the nine weeks averages but will count in a student’s yearly GPA.

Final grades are calculated using the percentages listed below.

• Students can wear festive Christmas tops and accessories while following the other Out-Of-Uniform guidelines. 
• Students will attend Mass in the morning so accessories will be left in the classroom until we begin our class Christmas parties. 
• Dismissal for all students will occur at 10:30 through the two carpool lines.
• Buses will not run for dismissal and aftercare will not be offered on Friday, December 19th.

Thanks to the generosity of some of our sponsors, we are excited to offer a special half-price team rate for middle school (6-8^th grade) participants. Sponsors include Farm Bureau, Law Office of Jonathan Mayeux, Tuxedos to Geaux, and Barberito’s Photography.

The regular cost per team is $80, but with this discount, teams can register for just $40. Each team includes two players, making it only $20 per student.
