IMPORTANT END-OF-YEAR NOTES

All outstanding balances need to be cleared before the student’s last day of school:

• PreK: May 10^th
• Kindergarten: May 13
• Grades 1-7: May 23

Payments may still be made with the MySchoolBucks app.

Deadline to submit a Request for Refund form for any cafeteria money that needs to be refunded for graduating 8th graders or students not returning next year is Friday, May 10th.

To receive bus service for the upcoming school year, the Google form linked below must be completed for all children in the family. Upon completion of the form a confirmation email will be sent by East Baton Rouge Transportation Department.

The athletic department extends its heartfelt gratitude to the numerous coaches and dedicated parents whose invaluable contributions have once again made this year an exceptional one for athletics! With 66 teams actively participating and over 150 coaches guiding our athletes, our achievements stand as a testament to the collective effort and unwavering support that fuels our program's success year after year. We are profoundly thankful to all who lend their expertise, enthusiasm and/or support year after year ensuring the continued success of our program! We are starting to plan for next school year and look forward to another fantastic athletic year!

Uniform Return:

All girls volleyball and track uniforms are due back by tomorrow afternoon. There is a bin in the school office where all uniforms can be placed to turn in by either you or your child anytime the school office is open. Please make sure the uniform is in a ziplock bag with your child’s name and grade clearly labeled on the bag. 

Girls Summer Sessions:

An email was sent out to all parents of rising 5th-8th grade girls with information on our girls summer sessions. If you did not receive the email or have any questions please contact Ashley Bourgeois

Summer Basketball Camps:

Any items left in the classroom on the last day of school, including (but not limited to) report cards, awards, school supplies, personal belongings, will be available for pick up in the school office until June 27th. Any items not picked up by 12 p.m. on June 27th will be discarded or donated.

Lost and Found Items

The pictured items were found on the school's campus throughout the school year. Please visit the school office to claim lost items if any belong to you. Any items not picked up by June 27th will be donated.

Help is especially needed for set up!  Volunteers can shop early.
