Principal's Message

Listen to Non-Public Schools Regarding Pre-School Operations

Recently, the Louisiana Legislature passed ACT 409 to improve the reporting of child on child abuse which we fully support. However, as it regards licensing requirements, the non-public schools are better positioned to make recommendations and their voice needs to be heard.

ACT 409 was made into law during the last legislative session. It will have a huge impact, financially, physically, and logistically on all current non-public PreK programs in the state of Louisiana. If you would like to help ease the impact that this law will have, please click the link below to encourage Governor Landry to include Act 409 in the call for the upcoming special session if there is one.

We respectfully request that the implementation is delayed, allowing stakeholders to engage in meaningful dialogue with legislators. This process will help align the law with the realities of early childhood education in Louisiana while preserving its intent.
