Children's Summer Hour
Has Begun!

Our new Summer Children's Hour continues this Sunday at 10:20 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Kids ages 3-10 and their families are encouraged to join clergy for a discussion on the Gospel lesson and a craft/activity following.

We are in need of one family on July 14 and July 21 to set up for the craft (supplies provided) and clean up after each Sunday. To sign up, click HERE.

Play Bible Bingo This Summer!
Attend Services on Sunday!

Our Bible Bingo is a big hit! If you weren't here on Sunday, ask an usher for a bingo card (one per family or unit). Clergy will provide one playing tile each Sunday. Participants will tape that tile on to their card each Sunday if they get a match. You have to be present on Sunday to receive a tile!

Bingo winners will win a lunch with the church staff member of their choice or receive a $25 gift card of their choice!
Coming Soon: Camp Allen

St. Margaret's will host Camp Allen this summer, from August 5- 9. It is a half-day day camp for the children of the Allen Apartments in the Parole area of Annapolis. It was founded by Wes and Arvilla Wubbenhorst as an outgrowth of the church's mission trips to Honduras over 20 years ago. We are seeking volunteers for a wide variety of roles. Whatever your interests and skill set, we have a job for you. We are looking for youth counselors, people to lead or help with crafts and activities on Monday and Tuesday, people to help with registration on Monday and Tuesday, chaperones for field trips on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and help with preparing and serving snacks and meals. Spanish speaking is not required (although very welcome!). In the upcoming weeks there will be sign-up opportunities in the parish hall, or you may contact coordinator, Sarah Hyde, at 410 562-9904 or email smhyde@aol.com.
The office is closed on Fridays during the summer. Hours Monday-Thursday are still 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Because of summer vacations, there are fewer office volunteers. Please try to contact a staff member through email instead of a phone call if possible.

Holy Baptism

Our Holy Baptism date for this summer will be July 14. If you would like to have your child baptized (or yourself), go to the Baptism page under the “About Us” tab at the top of our website (www.st-margarets.org) and fill out the form and submit. Choir Pick-Up Sundays
July 14 and August 18

There will be two Sundays where a “pick-up” choir will offer the music for 9:00 & 11:15 a.m. These days are the perfect opportunity for parishioners (and friends of parishioners or family members in town visiting) who love music and who love to sing to offer their musical talents and to lend their voices to the choir. This is open to anyone from middle school ages and above, current choir members or not. Do consider joining in. Rehearsals will be at 8 a.m. on both days.
