Movement Lab Classes with Catalina & Andre


Join us for weekly classes to explore and train mobility, strength, coordination and embodied awareness. 


Our diverse and creative approach weaves together the sciences of training with the art of movement in order to improve physical capacity/fitness and to enrich quality of life. 


We offer several movement lab classes a week, each with a different focus.
