Dear readers,
As much as I treasure France, this past April when I arrived at Casa Leone, our fractional ownership property near Orvieto, I was instantly swept away by the feeling of belonging; a return to a property I’d fallen in love with a dozen years ago, warm cobblestone streets with neighbors offering a cheery “Buongiorno,” the sheer physical beauty of the countryside.
Feeling a bit of a traitor after so many years of studying French, living there, visiting favorite haunts and years of memories, nonetheless I set about looking at real estate again, with a view toward possibly owning my own slice of this welcoming land. I’m sure you’ve heard that there is a wave of expats with the same idea!
In the meantime, after enjoying Casa Leone for many years, two of the original co-owners of Casa Leone decided to buy places of their own. Scott and Anne recently turned to me to resell their share.
Maybe this is your chance to spend time “Under the Umbrian Sun?”
I wouldn’t blame you a bit. If you’re ready to take the next step, please reach out to me as soon as possible for a personal consultation.
Ciao for now,
Ginny
