The City of Novi prides itself on maintaining open lines of communication and keeping community members apprised of the latest in road and  non-motorized construction projects.

The following information is intended to provide an overview of current projects.

Please note: All completion dates are merely estimates. Projects could extend beyond those dates due to unforeseen issues with the project and inclement weather.
Oakland County Transportation  Updates

Removals are nearly complete for all of Stage 1. The contractor should have the grade prepped and formed for new concrete placement potentially next week. The plan is for the new concrete to cure for strength over the long holiday weekend. The hope is to begin Stage 2 after the holiday weekend. During Stage 1, the outside lane of 12 Mile will be open in each direction and only right turns will be allowed from southbound and northbound Novi Road. During Stage 2, one inside lane of 12 Mile will be open in each direction. Novi Road will be completely closed north and south of 12 Mile Road.
