MEET LOCAL AUTHOR JOYCE RICHARDSON as she shares her experience in writing the book "Little Squirrel", inspired by a poem written by Ralph Waldo Emerson.

The book is artfully illustrated by 10-year-old Jaden Rodriquez and illuminates the concept that "each one of us is unique and special, and has a place in our world."

AN AFTERNOON WITH...THOMAS EDISON
VIRTUAL PERFORMANCE: THOMAS EDISON IS ONE OF AMERICA'S GREATEST INVENTORS. Known as the Wizard of Menlo Park, he was most famous as the inventor who brought us the light bulb, phonograph, and motion pictures. Actor Peter Small will be depicting the famed American inventor.

This performance is part of the Ed Kinney Lecture Series presented by the Museum on Main in Pleasanton.
