We are consistently asked about the effects of strength training on women. Many women have reservations, so we wanted to highlight some of our female clients who are reaping the benefits of strength training. How long have you been coming to Driven?
I have been at Driven for a little over two years (before the expansion and big turf!)

What do you like about our Adult Group Training program?
Group Training is open to all walks of life. I like that we all follow the same program but our goals are personalized. The coaches and other adults training are friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable about lifting, training, and nutrition.

What are your future goals here?
In the short term I would like to build muscle and lose a bit of fat, but ultimately I'd like to deadlift twice my body weight!

How long have you been coming to Driven?
Since August 2020

What do you like about our Adult Group Training program?
I love Group Training because it takes the thinking out of working out. I just show up and they tell me what to do. I also like group training for the social aspect. I have met so many great people from coming to Driven and I love getting to joke around with them every week.

What are your future goals here?
My future goals are to continue to build muscle and get stronger. I want to continue to drop body fat percentage as well

I have been consistently coming for eight months

What do you like about our Adult Group Training program?
I really like the friendly camaraderie as well as the careful guidance by the trainers. I like seeing my progress and knowing that I am getting stronger.

What are your future goals here?
It was my goal since I joined in September to attend faithfully for a full year (4 months to go). I will reset my goals once I reach that!
