Seller Drop Off
Thursday, May 11th, 2-7pm

***If you are donating all but a couple large items you can use the code DONATE to waive your consignor fee.

Drop Off Steps:
- Park in the main parking lot near the far left hand side of the building (East side).
- Bring one small, tagged item into the office (next to the restrooms) to be checked in.
- After you check in, take a rolling rack out to your car, load up your items and bring them inside. We have limited rolling racks & shopping carts available. If you have your own rolling rack and/or wagon, please bring it!
- Take all clothes and shoes to the inspection area. If you have other items, you may put them out while your clothes and shoes are being inspected.
- Place items where they belong on the sales floor.
- Once clothing and shoes have been inspected, place them on the racks. Shoes by size and clothing by gender, size, and category.
**You worked very hard to prep your items and get them to the sale. Please take great care to place your items in an orderly manner and in the proper place to ensure they have the best chance to sell. If you are unsure, please ask a staff member for help.

Drop Off Reminders:
- If possible, leave the kiddos at home (drop off will get very busy at times)
- Organize your clothing items by gender, size, and category (see picture below) prior to dropping off
- Organize non-clothing items by type (i.e.books, toys, etc.). The more organized you are, the faster drop off will go!
- Have your crib and car seat waivers completed prior to coming to drop off (if applicable)

- Please leave valuable items locked in your car. Feel free to bring a drink or snack. We will have a team area for your use!

Presale Shopping
Friday, May 12th, 10am or 11am-8pm
One of the biggest perks of selling with JBF is you get to shop BEFORE we open to the public. You will receive a "ticket" for yourself and a friend when you pre pay your consignor fee. Additionally, your name will be on a list at the front door, just give your name to shop!
10am - Team Members and Perfect Consignors
11am - All Consignors

Public Sale Days
Saturday, May 13th, 10am-8pm
Your consignor pass is good for UNLIMITED RE-ENTRY! Feel free to come back during any of the public times. Present your consignor pass at the door to get in free!
Watch your items fly off the shelves! Did you know you can view your sales LIVE on the tagging website? 🤯🤯 It's true! Just log in to the tagging website and look for the items that show as "sold". You can also view "reports" and then "sold items".
This is the time to tell EVERYONE to get a free ticket to shop! Share THIS LINK.

Half-Price Presale
Saturday, May 13th, 4pm or 5pm-8pm
Yep, you get to shop the 1/2 price deals before the public! These are the rock bottom prices and the best times to stock up on clothing, accessories, books and MORE! You will receive a "ticket" for yourself and a friend when you pre pay your consignor fee. Additionally, your name will be on a list at the front door, just give your name to shop!
4pm - Team Members and Perfect Consignors
5pm - All Consignors
All items without a star on the tag will be an additional 50% off! Doors close at 8p on Saturday, May 13th.

Charity Fundraiser
Sunday, May 14th, 3-5pm
Last sale we donated $450 to City House!!
After we close to the public on Sunday, May 14th, we will offer Fill-A-Bag to a limited number of people.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Make a donation of $23 for one bag to reserve your spot, more bags can be purchased in person
- When you arrive you will be given an IKEA sized bag to fill
- Fill the bag with items marked to Donate and the bag with everything in it is yours to take home
- There is no limit on how many filled bags you can purchase
- Items that do not fit in the bag or are not marked Donate will be available for purchase

Seller Pick Up
Monday, May 15th, 4-6pm
If you are not donating your unsold items, they will be sorted and ready for pick up on Monday, May 15th. If you are helping with the sorting shift, you may pick up as long as sorting is complete.
