Seller Drop Off
Tuesday, April 19th & Wednesday, April 20th by appointment time
Your scheduled drop off date/time will be in your ticket confirmation from Eventbrite. Scroll down in the PDF of your ticket or email confirmation and you will see the drop off time you selected. We will also be texting you a reminder.
If you haven't prepaid your consignor fee & scheduled a drop off appointment, click below.
*Please note that if you HAVE paid your consignor fee & selected your drop off appointment, please also make sure that you are signed up in your JBF Profile as a consignor for this event. It should look like the photo below with Pittsburgh East & the April 22-24 sale dates ⬇️

DIY Consignor Drop Off Steps:
- Drive to the Monroeville Convention Center SOUTH Hall - 209 Mall Plaza Blvd, Monroeville 15146. :).
- Park in the parking lot below the south hall entrance, not on the curb/under the overhang. When you park on the curb it blocks traffic so others aren't able to get around, park & drop off. It is also a fire lane. Check out the map below. The blue "P" symbols represent where you can park.
- Look for the JBF signs to know where to enter.
- Enter through the South Hall Lobby, go to the LEFT & check-in. You must check in first before dropping off.

Inspection Process & Putting Your Items On the Sales Floor:
- After check in, you'll head to inspection station for your clothing items. While your clothing is being inspected, place all other items on the sale floor where they belong.
- We are utilizing drop zones for this sale. You will place items in designated areas(labeled boxes & bins & bags) on tables & racks where they belong on the sales floor - use the zone list for reference. You can also use this zone list to pack up your items for drop off to match the sales floor - making your drop off a breeze. :)
- Have a large item? Make sure to stop by the claim ticket station to make a yellow claim ticket.
- Selling a high value item like a video game system, expensive shoes, diaper, baby carrier, designer purse, etc? Hand it in at the check in desk & we will secure it for you.
- Selling baby gear? Stop by the recall station to have your item checked before putting it on the sales floor. If you are selling a car seat, please make sure to print off, complete & include our car seat checklist/waiver and a copy of the manual. Selling a crib? Complete the crib checklist/waiver.
- When clothing inspection is complete, put your items onto the racks in the correct sizes & sections by TYPE. We will have signs up guiding you. Clothing in 2T & up is organized by type. The categories are: Tops, Bottoms, Bathing Suits/Dancewear/Sportswear, Pajamas, Outerwear, Multi Piece Outfits, Dresses/Suits.

Drop Off Reminders:
- Don't forget your consignor #. :) Make a picture of your tag and save it in your photos or notes on your phone so you have your number always with you. :)
- Please do not bring children, if possible
- Please stick to your chosen appointment time
- Please keep a 6-foot distance between you and others

Curbside Consignor Drop Off Steps:
- Please ensure all items are organized and labeled according to our drop off zones. You can find that list HERE. This is a requirement of curbside drop off. If you are selling a car seat, please make sure to print off, complete & include our car seat checklist/waiver and a copy of the manual. Selling a crib? Complete the crib checklist/waiver For more detailed instructions about curbside drop off - click HERE.
- Drive to the Monroeville Convention Center SOUTH Hall - 209 Mall Plaza Blvd, Monroeville 15146 is the address for your GPS. :).
- Curbside Drop off is located under the overhand on the driveway outside of the south hall. Pull up next to a consignor curbside sign & text the # on the sign with your name, consignor # and space #.
- A team member will be out to get your items.
- We'll take your items & you're on your way!

Presale Shopping
Consignor PreSale Thursday, April 21st
Be sure that you have completed your Online Consignor Agreement so that you can choose your presale passes. Complete the agreement by Monday, April 18th please so we can have everything ready to go for drop off on Tuesday & Wednesday. :)
If you've already completed the Online Consignor Agreement, your presale tickets instructions are included in the confirmation email.

Public Sale Days
April 22, 23 & 24
This is when the magic happens! You get to watch your items fly off the shelves!

Half Price Presale
Saturday afternoon, April 23rd
Yep, you get to shop the 1/2 price deals first! Half Price PreSale shopping times where chosen when you completed your consignor registration & waiver and prepaid your consignor fee.

Seller Pick Up
Sunday night, April 24th from 7-9pm by appointment time
Your scheduled pick up date/time will be in your ticket registration.
If you haven't competed your consignor waiver & prepaid your fee, please schedule your pick-up time by clicking below.
If you are not donating your unsold items, they will be sorted and ready for pick up on Sunday evening, April 24th between 7-9pm by appointment time.
Items marked "donate" are given to Agapao which serves local families. All unsold items (not marked "donate") that are not picked up by 9:31pm are immediately donated.

Don't Forget About the Mid Sale Drop Off
Friday afternoon, April 22nd between 3:30pm-6:30pm.
We will have a second mid sale drop off on Friday afternoon from 3:30pm-6:30pm.
For this mid sale drop off we will be accepting toys, baby equipment. & furniture.

Some Final Thoughts From Kelly :)
I know many of you are tagging away right now (procrastinators unite!) . I wanted to share a few parting thoughts about drop off so that you will feel prepared and equipped to have an awesome drop off experience!
1. Starting early in the morning on Tuesday, many of our staff will be onsite setting up to prepare for drop off. The Facebook Consignor Community Group is a great place to ask questions as many consignors in there can assist you, #teamworkmakesthedreamwork . If it is something that is more than a general question about tagging, prepping etc, please email pittsburgh@jbfsale.com or tag Deb Vojtash or Jason Miller so that they can assist. I will not be on social media much this week except to post sneak peeks, and generate excitement for shoppers. I'll be in the JBF zone. ;)
2. Drop off appointments do not start until 5pm on Tuesday and 10am on Wednesday. Please do not arrive early and ask to drop off before the times starts. As much as we would love to accommodate you earlier, we can't. We use every last minute before drop off starts to get things set up before drop off begins.
3. Tonya Lightcap will be the friendly, smiling face greeting you at consignor check in. Check in will take place right inside the garage door. Look for the JBF signs & Balloons to guide you. Please have your consignor # on you & ready to give to you Tonya when you check in. *Pro Tip: Take a screen shot of your tag or your JBF Profile where it shows your consignor #. Keep it in the notes in your phone & you will always have it on you. We ask for it at every sale at drop off and pick up.
4. Tonya will ask you if this is your first time selling with us or if you've sold before. This helps all of us to know and identify who may need some additional guidance during drop off so we can be ready and available. Speaking of that...
5. Our staff & team members are there to help! Don't be afraid to ask a question if you aren't sure where something goes on the sales floor, whether something needs a claim ticket, etc. We are here to help!
6. Selling with JBF is fun & we are glad you're part of our seller community! I know getting everything together can feel like a lot but when you get there, we will be ready for you & eager to help!
7. Don't forget to be sharing EVERYWHERE this week. With all of us working together to spread the word, your items will sell. The more shoppers through the doors, the more everything sells & everyone wins!
