Even with the cooler evenings, our region is listed on the US Drought Monitor scale under moderate drought (orange index) and some areas are abnormally dry (yellow index).

If your lawn was seeded this fall, these conditions are delaying your germination rates and timeframe. Please do your best to keep the lawn watered until rainfall returns to our area.
Mowing recommendations are still 4 inches high, and only cut as needed during drought conditions.
