WELCOME TO DRUMROLL ... where the beat goes out ...
What a fabulous weekend we all just shared at the Kawai Purapura VOSE Festival.
The annual event was a roaring success.
Congratulations and thanks to the KP team of organisers.
The weather was sunny, with a crisp air that hinted autumn is just around the corner.
The presenters included a list of must-see speakers.Franchelle Ofsoske-Wyberdelivered a fascinating two part seminar which was packed out, andGary Cook, as always, held groups enthralled as he chatted about the sacred earth and singing trees whilst teaching participants to dowse.Mike O'Donnellwas a hit on Saturday evening with his Fluke of the Whale, Song of the Dove presentation. You could dancetothe music ofSika, or dancewith the horses shared by theEquine Pathfounders Foundation. You could sing in circle facilitated by the delightful Georgia Duder-Wood, you could make miracles guided bySylvia Shanti Vowless. Or you could simply sit and listen to the talented performers who graced the two stages throughout the weekend; all these presenters, and many more, formed a line-up which kept the public entertained and informed for two very full days.
And if that wasn't enough there was food, and fairies and market stalls, fire pits and the odd pirate who had escaped from the Kids Zone.
DrumRoll shared a stand with some of our wonderful advertisers; Liz Weatherly of Be Inspired had lots of fun gifting inspirational cards to appreciative visitors. Olivia Baker's Sacred Journeys, John and Waveney Thode Courses, Tracy Wood of Golden Reiki and Emma Rose Videography all joined together to create an interesting and busy place to stop for a chat and a catch up.
Thank you to everyone who joined us over the weekend - it was great . Especially for Linda Openheimer who was the lucky recipient of the Edible Blooms Chocolate Bouquet!
Speaking of chocolate - I hope you are all ready for bunnies and eggs, be they hard boiled and painted, hollow chocolate or marshmallow mouthfuls. Easter is nearly here so remember to have fun, love and laughter however you plan to spend the day.
See you in April,
get ready for Autumn - (my favourite time of year!)
REMEMBER TO SHARE THE BEAT ...
