Stay Connected:

In this season of thankfulness and joy, Drumm Farm is focused on meeting the enormous challenge of providing homes and services to an ever increasing number of abused and neglected children in our community.

Early in 2016, the construction of two houses will be completed, the first new homes on this campus in more than 40 years. None of the recent expansion and improvements would have been possible without the continued support of people like you. From visitors to the Farmers Market to volunteers at Drumm Days, from guests at the annual Benefit Dinner to donors purchasing tax credits, from groups providing campus dinners to businesses providing Christmas gifts, children's lives are impacted in significant ways.

We wish you a blessed holiday season and we thank you for being a part of the Drumm Family.

Best regards,

The first weekend in October brought hundreds of dirt bike riders to Camp MoPo outside Nevada, Missouri. Participants enjoyed a two-hour race on a six mile wooded course. Riders of all ages collected playing cards for the best poker hand along the way. There was plenty of fast fun, great food and entertainment! Todd and Susan Sexton along with Andrew Sexton planned the charity run benefiting Drumm kids and raised over $10,000! Thank you to the Sexton family for your continued support of Drumm!

2nd Annual City Slickers Hoe-Down

It couldn't have been a more beautiful day in October to bring more than 500 people to Drumm's campus for an old-fashioned Hoe-Down. Children and families enjoyed tractor rides, balloon artists, hamburgers, cotton candy, seed-spitting contests, pony rides, strolling magicians, feeding farm animals, bounce houses and so much more while Drew Six entertained on the main stage. Many thanks to NorthPoint Development, Nathaniel and Sarah Hagedorn, and Pete and Elizabeth Anderson for all their planning and support to make the event a huge success! Sponsors and attendees raised over $200,000 which will directly benefit Drumm Farm Center for Children, Water 4, and Variety Children's Charity of Kansas City.

Christmas Countdown Begins!

Imagine shopping for 40 kids! The four families living at Drumm will be doing just that this month, they could use your help! If you or your business are interested in helping out, please email  Lisa.Moorhouse@drummfarm.org and thank you in advance for your generous spirit!
